Speed controller FRA

The Automatic Controller is suitable for individual or multiple control of fans.

The Automatic controller comprises:
Rotary Transformer, Servo Motor and an Electronic Controller. Motor Contactor On/Off Switch, Control Lights, Secondary (out put) Fuses all contained in a sheet steel housing. With the addition of a Pre-Set and Actual Valve Sensor, you have a complete control system.

Function:
The required condition is called for on the Pre-Set Device and this is compared in the electronic control to the condition recorded from the Actual Value Sensor.

The Servo Motor then drives the rotary transformer up or down to vary the output voltage, thereby controlling the speed of the FISCHBACH Disc Rotor Motor Fan 0-100 % which in turn produces the required Pre-Set condition.

Pre-Sets and Sensor are available to control e.g.:
Volume, Pressure, Temperature and Humidity.

When operating alternative voltages on the Disc Rotor Motor, no of revolutions, outlet velocity and pressure is altered depending on the performance curve of the fan until actual value matches pre set (see FRA Installation Instruction).
